Wangbangsan(Mt.) is located to the east of the city with the height of 737m. It starts from the south and connects with Guksabong to the north forming more than 20m long ranges. The name Doseonguksa was originated when Dosoeon Guksa himself visited around 972, and the temple was called 'Wangbang-sa'. Unto this day, there are still great of old tales about this mountain
