Dongducheon is the cradle of the Korean rock where the Korean fist rock band 『ADD4』was formed by Sin, Jung-hyeon. Since 1999, Dongducheon Rock festival has grown up enough to gathering 30thousands people per year and gained interests encouragements by rock fans and the media, in spite of poor surroundings.
